The simple, yet extremely flavourful chicken mix sits beautifully on an endive leaf, or any lettuce strong enough to hold it. Even crackers! Use store-bought rotisserie chicken to make it even easier. Your guests will think you worked all day!

1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread
1-1/2 cups shredded or chopped cooked chicken
8 snow peas, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
dash freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
24 Ritz Crackers
