Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a hot baked potato and a side of SERIOUSLY GOOD Coleslaw: /recipe/seriously-good-coleslaw-212490 .
Use Your Microwave
Cut ribs into sections as directed; place in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave on HIGH 20 min., stirring gently after 10 min.; drain. Grill as directed.
Use Your Slow Cooker
Cut ribs into sections as directed; place in slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours.) Drain, then grill as directed.
Use Your Electric Pressure Cooker
Do not cut ribs as directed. Add 1 cup water to electric pressure cooker, then place trivet in pressure cooker. Stand 1 rack of ribs, on its side, on trivet, curving rack to follow curved edge of pressure cooker. Repeat with remaining racks of ribs, overlapping edges as necessary to fit all rib racks in pressure cooker. Close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 25 min. using MEAT setting. When timer goes off, turn pressure cooker off. Use Natural Pressure Release for 10 min., then do a Quick Pressure Release to release any remaining pressure. Slowly remove lid. Transfer ribs to tray. Heat barbecue to medium heat. Grill ribs 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce. Remove ribs from barbecue. Cut into 2-rib portions to serve.
