Step 1
Cook onions and crushed pepper in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Stir in tomatoes, beans and corn. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 7 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
