2 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce
2 cups each diagonally sliced carrots and celery
2 cups each quartered onions and cubed peeled red potatoes
2 Tbsp. Minit Tapioca
1/4 tsp. each black pepper, ground marjoram and ground thyme
1 bay leaf

Heat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Combine ingredients in large casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
Step 3
Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring after each hour.
Step 4
Remove and discard bay leaf.
