Step 1
Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add water and seasoning mix; cook as directed on package.
Step 2
Stir in corn and Velveeta; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Spoon over lettuce just before serving; top with tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
