1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Whisk whole eggs, egg whites and milk until blended.
Step 3
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add egg mixture; mix well.
Step 4
Spoon into 8 (250-mL) ramekins or soufflé dishes; place on rimmed baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake 40 min. or until knife inserted into centres comes out clean.

Variation
