2 cups baby carrots, cut in half
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
10 Ritz Crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product

Step 1
Bring 3 cups water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add carrots. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 min. Add broccoli; simmer an additional 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine; set aside.
Step 2
Microwave Cheez Whiz and cream cheese product in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup or medium bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave an additional 30 sec. or until Cheez Whiz and cream cheese are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
Step 3
Drain vegetables; place in serving bowl. Top with cheese sauce; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
