2 cans (10 fl oz/284 mL each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Mix first 5 ingredients until blended. Combine potatoes and onions in large bowl. Add soup mixture; mix lightly.
Step 3
Layer half each of the potato mixture and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining potato mixture; cover.
Step 4
Bake 1 hour 15 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 30 min. or until potatoes are tender and crumb topping is golden brown.
