Our Easy Cheesy Spinach Bake is like a quiche, but without the crust. All it takes is one bowl and 10 minutes of prep and you've got a great entrée to serve as part of your next brunch, lunch or dinner.

1 container (500 g) cottage cheese
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except peppers; mix well.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 40 min. or until centre is set. Top with peppers.

Combine ingredients as directed; pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 350°F oven 30 min. or until centre is set. Top with peppers before cutting to serve.
