3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
16 frozen breaded chicken tenders (1-1/4 lb./565 g)

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in water and 2 cups pasta sauce.
Step 3
Pour remaining pasta sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 1/3 each of the noodles, pasta sauce mixture and cheeses; cover with 3 of the remaining noodles. Cover with chicken tenders, then layers of half each of remaining pasta sauce mixture and cheeses; top with layers of remaining noodles, pasta sauce mixture and cheeses. Cover.
Step 4
Bake 50 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 35 min. Remove lasagna from oven. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
