1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/4 lb. (565 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Mix Miracle Whip, milk, thyme and garlic powder in shallow 3-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Add chicken, broccoli and rice; mix well.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done. Top with cheese; let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted and liquid is absorbed.
