1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1 lb. (450 g ) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1/3 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 pkg. (411 g) frozen puff pastry (2 blocks), thawed
1/4 cup flour

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in chicken and seasonings; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. (Chicken will not be done.) Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, 1/4 cup dressing and coriander. Refrigerate 15 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oven to 400ºF. Roll out 1 pastry block to 9-inch square on lightly floured surface; cut into 3 (3-inch-wide) strips. Cut each strip into 3 (3-inch) squares. Dust squares lightly with flour; stack on plate. Repeat with remaining pastry block.
Step 3
Spoon about 1-1/2 Tbsp. chicken mixture onto centre of each pastry square; fold diagonally in half. Firmly press edges together to seal. Place on baking sheet; brush with remaining dressing.
Step 4
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until crisp and golden brown.
