4 large cucumbers
8 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1/3 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing
1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1/4 cup chopped red onion

How do I make it ?
Slice 1 of the cucumbers into long thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler; set aside.
Peel remaining cucumbers; cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Place mixture in centre of serving platter. Arrange reserved cucumber ribbons around edge of platter.
