Step 1
ADD spices to coating mix in shaker bag, mix well. Coat chicken pieces with coating mix as directed on package.
Step 2
BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes on shallow foil-lined baking pan. Serve with rice and condiments such as chutney, raisins or chopped peanuts.
