1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Pesto Parmesan Dressing
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots, peeled, diced
1 lb. (450 g) potatoes(about 2), diced
2 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
2 cups water
24 small frozen fully cooked meatballs
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, celery and carrots; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add potatoes, broth, water and meatballs.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered 45 min. or until potatoes are tender. Add peas and Parmesan; cook until heated through. Top with basil just before serving.
