1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. Italian sausage, mild or hot, casing removed
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 can (10 oz) condensed chicken broth
1 cup long-grain white rice
1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Step 1
Brown crumbled sausage with mushrooms and onion in oil in medium pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Stir in broth, rice, oregano and water. Bring to boil. Cover, simmer over low heat 20 to 25 min. Stir in parmesan just before serving.

Add 1/3 cup dry white wine with the broth in step 2.
