1 roasting chicken (1.8 kg)
2 navel oranges, divided
1 garlic bulb, cut crosswise half
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Place chicken, breast side up, in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Cut 1 orange into 8 wedges; place 2 wedges in chicken breast cavity along with the garlic. Place remaining orange sections in roasting pan next to chicken.
Squeeze juice from remaining orange into small bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over chicken.
Bake 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Transfer chicken and orange sections in pan to platter. Remove and discard orange sections and garlic from chicken cavity. Spoon meat juices from pan over chicken.

Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry, avoiding any bones if present. For whole poultry, insert the thermometer into the thickest part of one of the thighs, again taking care to avoid any bones.
