There are so many reasons to love roasted chicken. And here's one more! This easy-to-make roasted chicken recipe features Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing for added flavour. Super moist with a taste of orange and black pepper, this baked whole roasting chicken is sure to become a new family favourite.

1 roasting chicken (1.8 kg)
2 navel oranges, divided
1 garlic bulb, cut crosswise half
1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Place chicken, breast side up, in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Cut 1 orange into 8 wedges; place 2 wedges in chicken breast cavity along with the garlic. Place remaining orange sections in roasting pan next to chicken.
Step 4
Squeeze juice from remaining orange into small bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over chicken.
Step 5
Bake 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Step 6
Transfer chicken and orange sections in pan to platter. Remove and discard orange sections and garlic from chicken cavity. Spoon meat juices from pan over chicken.
