Steak spice gives these oven-roasted ribs a peppery flavour. Once they're tender, finish them on the grill with our homemade Sriracha barbecue sauce. This recipe is finger-licking good!

2 Tbsp. steak spice

1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Place ribs in a single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil. Rub steak spice evenly onto both sides of ribs. Bring up foil sides, double fold top and ends to seal packet. Bake 1 hour.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together and heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil. Transfer ribs to barbecue; brush with half the sauce mixture.
Step 4
Grill 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
