Mix coating mix and cheese in shaker bag; use to coat chicken strips, in batches, as directed on package.
Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard bag and any remaining coating mixture.
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is done. Serve with barbecue sauce.
