4 cups flour
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
1 cup butter, softened
2 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 fresh plums, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. icing sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Combine flour and baking powder. Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in separate bowl until blended.
Step 3
Beat butter, oil and remaining granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture until mixture forms soft dough.
Step 4
Press half the dough onto bottom of prepared pan; spread with cream cheese mixture. Top with plum slices. Crumble remaining dough over plums.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

Top plum slices in prepared pan with 1/4 cup chopped pecans before covering with remaining dough and baking as directed.
