1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Miracle WhipCalorie-Wise Spread
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing
2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper

How do I make it ?
Prick potatoes with fork; place in 3-L microwaveable casserole dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are almost tender. Drain; rinse with cold water. Cool.
Cut potatoes into quarters. Mix Miracle Whip and dressing, mustard and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Thread potatoes onto 8 small metal skewers; brush with dressing mixture remaining in bowl. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 5 min. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with cheese.

Use Your Stove Top
To parboil the potatoes on the stove top instead of in the microwave, place potatoes in Dutch oven or large deep skillet. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are almost tender. Drain, then continue as directed.
