1 cup butter, divided
1 pkg. (2-layer size) spice cake mix
1 cup (about 1/2 of 14-fl oz/398-mL can) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups icing sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Melt 1/2 cup butter; pour into large mixer bowl. Add cake mix, pineapple, coconut and eggs; beat with mixer until well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
Step 3
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
Step 5
Beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining butter in medium bowl with mixer until blended; spread onto cake. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.

Variation
