6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
1 pouch Shake'N Bake Ranch Crusted Coating Mix

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Brush both sides of chicken breasts with Miracle Whip; dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165°F).
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.

Keeping it Safe
Place frozen chicken under cold running water to thaw. Be sure to use cold water and keep the chicken in its original wrap or place in resealable plastic bag while thawing it. Also, be careful not to cross-contaminate other food products, work surfaces or utensils with the dripping water.
