1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans (213 g each) sockeye salmon, drained, flaked
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
5 eggs
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/3 cup milk
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 tsp. each dried thyme and dill weed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Step 1
Place refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Cook onions and garlic in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spread onion mixture, salmon and cheese onto bottom of pie shell.
Step 2
Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min.; cut to serve.
