1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 cups frozen corn
1-1/2 cups cooked long-grain brown rice
1-1/2 cups salsa
4 large green peppers
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 450°F.
Brown meat in large skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in corn, rice and salsa.
Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard membranes and seeds. Pierce peppers with fork or sharp knife; place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Fill with meat mixture; cover.
Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
