2 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup baby carrots
1 red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce Chunky with Sweet Peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Cut corn into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Toss meat with flour in large bowl until evenly coated. Add corn, carrots, onions, garlic, thyme and pepper; mix lightly. Stir in chili sauce.
Step 3
Spoon onto 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make 4 packets.
Step 4
Grill 20 min. or until meat is done. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets. Sprinkle evenly with parsley.
