2-2/3 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup Classico Organic Sweet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
4 green peppers, tops removed, seeded

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine rice, mushrooms, pasta sauce, 1/2 cup cheddar and Parmesan.
Stand peppers in 8-inch square baking dish. Fill with rice mixture; cover.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender and filling is heated through.
Top with remaining cheddar; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Look for peppers that have a glossy surface, firm walls and are moderately heavy in weight.
Prepare using red or yellow peppers.
Trim a small piece off the bottom of each pepper to help it stand more level in the baking dish.
