Step 1
Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add rice; cook and stir 2 min. Add carrots and red peppers; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in vegetable broth.
Step 2
Bring to boil; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 22 min. Add peas and turmeric; stir. Cook, covered, 3 to 5 min. or until rice is tender, broth is completely absorbed and peas are heated through. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
