1 lb. (450 g) cauliflower florets
1/2 lb. (225 g) green beans, trimmed
1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Add broccoli, cauliflower and beans to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 min. or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender. (Do not overcook.)
Step 2
Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water. Drain well. Place in large bowl.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredents; mix lightly.
