1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
3 apples (1 lb./450 g), chopped
12 cups baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs

How do I make it ?
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in skillet on medium-high heat. Add apples; cook 5 min. or until tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, toss spinach with cranberries and nuts in large bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly.
Top with apple mixture and cheese. Serve immediately.
