3 large zucchini, trimmed, each cut into 4 lengthwise slices
1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 cup Classico di Roma Arrabbiata Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place zucchini slices in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until tender. Meanwhile, cook turkey in medium skillet on medium heat until done, stirring occasionally. Cool zucchini and turkey 5 min.
Step 3
Mix egg, ricotta, Parmesan and 1/2 cup mozzarella in medium bowl until blended. Add turkey; mix lightly.
Step 4
Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 5
Spread turkey mixture onto zucchini slices, adding about 2 Tbsp. turkey mixture to each slice; roll up. Place over sauce in baking dish; cover with remaining pasta sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Step 6
Bake 25 min. or until zucchini roll-ups are heated through and mozzarella is melted.
