1 cup frozen edamame (shelled), thawed
1 large avocado, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
multi-grain tortilla chips

How do I make it ?
Cook edamame in boiling water in saucepan 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again and pat dry.
Reserve 1 Tbsp. edamame; process remaining edamame in food processor until coarsely chopped. Transfer to medium bowl. Add avocados, red peppers, onions and dressing; mix just until combined.
Top with reserved edamame. Serve with chips.

For a touch of heat, substitute 2 Tbsp. of the red pepper with minced jalapeño peppers.
