2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (454 g) frozen edamame (shelled), thawed
4 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1 cup croutons
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Step 1
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add edamame; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in broth. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until edamame are tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add cream cheese product and spinach; cook 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Blend soup, in small batches, in blender until smooth. Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
