4 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 200°F.
Step 2
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, then coffee grounds. Continue to beat 1 to 2 min. or until glossy. Blend in vanilla.
Step 3
Spoon into pastry bag fitted with large round tip. Use to pipe egg white mixture into 22 mounds, 1 inch apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until cookies are firm. Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
Step 5
Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookies.
