1-1/4 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth

1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces

2 cloves garlic, minced

220 g spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked

1 cup slivered red onions

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips

1/2 cup grated carrots

2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach

1 cup snow peas, trimmed

Step 1
Mix peanut butter, dressing and soy sauce in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chicken broth.
Step 2
Heat oil in electric pressure cooker using SAUTÉ setting. Add meat; cook 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add spaghetti, onions, mushrooms, peppers and carrots.
Step 3
Pour chicken broth mixture over ingredients in pressure cooker; close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 5 min. using HIGH PRESSURE COOK setting. When timer goes off, use Quick Pressure Release to release pressure. Turn pressure cooker off. Slowly remove lid.
Step 4
Add spinach and snow peas; stir until ingredients are well blended and most of the liquid is absorbed. Drizzle with lime juice.

Special Extra
For a touch of heat, stir crushed red pepper into peanut butter mixture before using as directed.
