1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. (450 g) pork baby back ribs
1 cup water
1/2 cup Heinz Kansas City Style Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce

Step 1
Combine dry seasonings. Remove and discard membrane from ribs. (See tip.) Rub seasoning mixture onto both sides of ribs.
Step 2
Add water to electric pressure cooker. Place trivet in pressure cooker; stand rack of ribs, on its side, on trivet, curving rack to follow curved edge of pressure cooker. Close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 25 min. using MEAT setting. When timer goes off, turn pressure cooker off. Use Natural Pressure Release for 10 min., then do a Quick Pressure Release to release any remaining pressure. Slowly remove lid.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat oven to 450°F. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Transfer ribs to prepared baking sheet. Brush barbecue sauce onto both sides of ribs.
Step 4
Bake 10 to 15 min. or until sauce is hot and bubbly. Cut rack into 1- to 2-rib portions to serve.

How to Remove the Membrane from Ribs
Starting at one end of ribs, slide rounded tip of table knife under the membrane to loosen it from the bones; gently lift membrane with tip of knife until it comes away from ribs. Grab the end of the membrane with a paper towel, then pull it off. The membrane may come off in one whole piece, or it might need to be removed in several smaller pieces.
