Hail Caesar! Our take on the classic Caesar salad has everything you would expect in a Caesar salad, plus a few extras.

4 10 inch (25cm) flour tortilla
1 romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
4 hard-boiled eggs, cut in wedges
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup each: sliced black olives and capers
1/2 cup each: Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese and croutons
1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing

How do I make it ?
BRUSH both sides of tortillas with salad dressing. Invert a medium -size glass plate and shape each tortilla over plate. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Rotate plate; microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes longer until crisp. Cool on wire rack; remove tortilla from plate.
LINE tortilla "plates" with lettuce; attractively arrange eggs, bacon, olives and capers on lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons; drizzle with dressing.
