This might just be the perfect cheese ball appetizer. A big claim, but with its creamy MACLAREN'S and port wine interior, how else could we describe it?

1 pkg (250 g) MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese Product
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. port wine
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf

How do I make it ?

Step 1
COMBINE in a medium bowl both cheeses and wine. Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
Step 2
CHILL about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set. Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of a pear.
Step 3
UNWRAP; sprinkle with paprika. Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the pear. Chill.
Step 4
SERVE cheese pear on a cheese tray with assorted crackers and vegetables.
