2 cups cooked farro
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/2 cup pistachios, toasted
1/4 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. honey
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Bring 6 cups water to boil in large saucepan. Add 1 cup farro; stir. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until tender; drain.
