1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 tsp. grated gingerroot
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 pkg. (250 g) soba noodles, cooked
1 cup snow peas, halved
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1 carrot, shredded
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. chopped roasted almonds

How do I make it ?
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Combine all remaining ingredients except cilantro and nuts in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with cilantro and nuts just before serving.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
For added flavour, stir 1/2 tsp. sesame oil into dressing mixture before tossing with noodle mixture.
Prepare using 3/4 cup purchased pre-shredded carrots. Look for them in the produce section of most supermarkets.
Salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before topping with cilantro and nuts.
