1 cup Cheez Whiz Light Cheese Spread
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
5 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend, thawed, drained
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
24 rich round crackers, crushed

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix Cheez Whiz and soup until blended. Combine vegetables and rice in medium bowl. Add Cheez Whiz mixture; mix lightly.
Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 35 min. or until heated through, topping with cracker crumbs for the last 5 min.

Wipe off any excess Cheez Whiz mixture from top inside rim of casserole dish before baking for easier cleanup.
