1-1/2 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 Tbsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 1 navel orange, divided
3 eggs
2 tsp. corn starch
1 pkg. (340 g) cranberries

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add orange zest; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Step 4
Bake 50 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
Step 5
Meanwhile, mix corn starch and 1 Tbsp. orange juice until blended. Cook cranberries, remaining sugar and remaining orange juice in saucepan on medium heat 8 min. or until cranberries soften and release their juices, stirring frequently. Add corn starch mixture; cook and stir 2 min. or until thickened. Cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 6
Top cheesecake with cranberry mixture just before serving.
