3 cups shredded cooked chicken
3/4 cup tomatillo salsa
1 mango, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
12 small flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs

Combine next 4 ingredients.
Step 3
Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; top with mango mixture, then cheese. Fold in half.

How to Warm Tortillas
Warming the tortillas helps make rolling and folding easier. To warm tortillas, stack them on top of each other, wrap in foil and heat at 350ºF for 10 to 15 min. or until heated through. Or, place them on a microwaveable plate and wrap loosely in parchment paper. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. for every 2 tortillas or until heated through.
