Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Shape meat into 8 thin patties. Top each of 4 of the patties with 1 Tbsp. feta cheese; cover with second patty. Pinch edges of patties together to seal.

Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done.
