Step 1
BROWN meat; drain. Add green pepper and onion and cook until tender. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
POUR soup into individual soup bowls; top with cheese.
