2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oil
1/4 cup Miracle WhipCalorie-Wise Spread
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup dry white wine
300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) fettuccine, cooked

How do I make it ?
Microwave garlic and oil in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until garlic is tender. Combine Miracle Whip and flour. Add to garlic mixture; stir. Gradually add milk, beating constantly with whisk until mixture is well blended.
Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
Add cheese, parsley and wine; mix well. Serve over pasta.

Once opened, place dry pasta in a tightly sealed container and store for up to 1 year in a cool, dry place.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover cooked pasta. Add to your favourite hot soup just before serving, then cook just until heated through. Or, if using dry pasta, simmer soup an extra 10 min. or until pasta is tender.
