2 tsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) bay scallops
1 onion, finely chopped
1 jar (700 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add scallops; cook 2 to 3 min. or until opaque, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add onions to skillet; cook 4 min., stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Return scallops to skillet; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add scallops mixture; mix lightly.
