1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cook milk and Velveeta in medium saucepan on low heat until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta, tomatoes, peppers and seasonings.
Step 3
Spoon into 1.5-L casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over pasta mixture.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
