1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
115 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup salsa
1 pkg. (125 g) taco shells (12 shells), coarsely crushed
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Brown meat in large skillet. Add Velveeta and water; cook 3 to 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in salsa.
Step 3
Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Place 1/3 of the crushed taco shells in prepared dish; top with half the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining crushed taco shells; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 4
Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
