How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat. Add leeks and celery; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth and water; bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
Add asparagus, beans and peas; cook 5 to 7 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in mint and 2 Tbsp. cheese; cook 1 min.
Serve topped with remaining cheese.
